After negotiation and agreement we create templates based on their current item or we customize templates based on measurements acquired at site. Once completed piece is then it is provided to the client.

Compilation of metrics regarding individual as well as overall measurements of the building. Ability to provide calculations for items necessary to process and finish the job at hand. Preparation of budgets for all facets of the company based on the needs of the company. During this job I was able to participate in execution of civil works, inspection of those works and permit procedures during my tenure. Always willing to learn and assist any way possible.

Preparation of projects for public works, preparation of plans, budgets, inspection of civil and architectural works. This job required many new skills that I adapted too. Encompassing multiple role to accomplish the desired outcome.
