I started nursing career in 4 North/ 4 East back in 2016, since then I have grown and progressed into the Charge Nurse Leader role until the present. Through those years, I have acquired knowledge and skills needed to be a efficient leader reflecting always Lee Health's values.

Some strengths are strong problem-solving abilities, willingness to continue to learn, and excellent communication skills. I enjoy contributing to team success and achieving positive results. I'm always ready to tackle new challenges and advance organizational objectives with dedication and enthusiasm. I'm an organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I'm always willing to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. As a Leader, I'm proactive and a goal-oriented professional, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
