I have worked as a registered nurse with Patuxent River Health and Rehabilitation center, MD. Fox Chase Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center, MD.  Select  Specialty Hospital,  OK. Veteran Affair Hospital, OK. As a registered nurse, we do head to toe assessment, report abnormalities to doctors, change in conditions are reported to doctors, document changes in patient, and administer medications. Do blood work, notified doctors with laboratory results, admit and discharge patients. At the Veteran Affair hospital in Oklahoma City, I work in a psychiatric floor for adults. We administer medications, monitor their side effects and effectiveness, document these changes, perform mental health assessment, do blood work, and address patients' concerns.
