MISS SNOW

• Organize service experiences that meet community needs.
• Facilitate programs for over 1,500, K-12 students enrolled in out-of-school time programs (after-school programs, summer day camps), in-school enrichment programs.
• Hire, supervise volunteers and interns working in after school programs and camps.
• Build and maintain positive community partnerships with other youth-serving agencies and area schools to capitalize on unique resources of each organization.
• Design and facilitate programs in areas of leadership development, team building, college/job readiness, healthy lifestyles education, science and technology literacy, adventure/outdoor education, and civic engagement.
• Evaluate programs using pre/post tests, surveys and focus groups to document impact.
• Provide appropriate recognition (through award trips, events, publicity, other methods) for accomplishments of youth participants, adult collaborators, and volunteers.
• Implement coordinated marketing and promotions plan that includes a variety of methods to recruit both youth and adults as volunteers.
• Assist in resource development - including internal and/or external grant funds to expand/enhance educational programs.
• Participate in professional associations, attend conferences nationally and regionally.
• Review promotional materials, and prepare documents for publication.
• Review and strengthen program operations with continuous assessment of operational plans and strategies.
• Manage effective program outreach plans with strategic use of speakers and tours to enhance community engagement and increase participant numbers.
• Organize events for 4-H program and invite appropriate guests and speakers.
• Identify new program opportunities in Mercer County through careful research and networking.

• Teach sophomore level undergraduate course in Leadership.
• Plan, evaluate, revise course content and materials as needed.
• Demonstrate continued commitment to undergraduate teaching through participation in the college community.
• Monitor students' academic progress and refer struggling students to campus resources.
• Instruct and grade students based off of class materials and assignments.
• Guide students using technology to support educational research.
• Utilize online platforms: eCollege and Canvas.

• Develop lesson plans and teach small groups of adults that are indigenous to Mercer County area lessons about food security, dietary quality, food safety and resource management/shopping.
• Facilitate age appropriate lessons which include fun and interactive curricula that follow New Jersey Core Curriculum standards lessons in nutrition education.
• Gather educational materials.
• Contact and meet with organization directors to set up new groups for Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program, currently known as SNAP-Ed Program, while helping to expand the program grant.
• Train new Community Assistants.

• Develops and manages all aspects of the annual fundraising plan for soliciting current and past constituents through a robust multi-channel giving program including face-to-face solicitation, peer-to-peer fundraising, direct mail, e-philanthropy and cultivation events.
• Identifies, and recruits volunteers who actively engage in solicitation of community members.
• Develops and oversees student philanthropy program at Stuart.
• Monitors and manages fundraising expenses and revenue.
• Provides ongoing and targeted evaluation and analysis of reports to meet goals.
• Composes written documents, brochures and other collateral as needed.
• Navigates Raiser’s Edge Database to generate reports, analyze data and trends to record meaningful constituent engagement.
  

Alumnae Engagement:

• Develop and execute an annual calendar of engagement and mentorship activities.
• Establish a robust reunion engagement and giving program, increasing dollar and donor participation.
• Identify and develop creative digital, virtual and in-person opportunities and programs to foster alumnae connections.
• Plan and execute Alumnae Weekend. Monitor its success and strive to increase attendance and the benefits of attendance for the participants.
• Plan and implement regional and local events as appropriate.
• Develop effective contact with alumnae through social networking tools.
• Responsible for all e-communications to alumnae.
• Collaborates with key academic units and programs of academic leadership to support mentorship and facilitate student to alumnae connections.
• Oversees the development and maintenance of the Alumnae Gallery.
• Writes, develops and disseminates alumnae communications including quarterly alumnae newsletter, class communications and important announcements.
• Maintain records of alumnae updates, milestones and celebrations to be shared in communications.
• Develop and update alumni webpages including alumni profiles.

Stewardship:

• Drafts acknowledgement and stewardship letters for gifts made to the school.
• Develops engaging stewardship practices through annual reports, impact reports and events to deepen donor connection.
• Prepares stewardship materials and copy for annual report.
• Attends development and non-development events in order to cultivate constituent relationships.
