Responsible for maintaining the Reo Rental inbox. Within the inbox, work emails with attachments and upload into Fannie Mae documented system of records, answer any emails from agents/brokers about status of lease approvals, repairs, redemptions, evictions and forward emails to the appropriate team lead per geographical region. Work with Real Estate Agents and Property Managers to get any missing information needed for lease approval. Work to ensure projects are completed on time and that stated objectives are met.
