I am a driven, detail and task-oriented marketing and communications professional who has a passion for the customer. It is my job to first listen, then create a relationship and partnership fit that assists them in meeting the goals and objectives that have been set for the organization. I have a strong history in the launch of new products, developing and implementing a strategy for market research, positioning, pricing, packaging, and naming both in my time at CIE Manufacturing and at Peterson Manufacturing. With these responsibilities have also come the experience in creating a launch strategy that includes public relations, digital/social media plans, event planning including tradeshows, podcasts, and webinars, and original ideas to fit the product. I am also very proud of my strengths in creating tools for both sales and marketing that put products on display for the customer including 3D interactive immersive displays, digital content platforms, sales and marketing apps, and in-person event properties. Ultimately it is my belief that consistency in brand identity, image and messaging is the key to driving the formation of customer relationships, customer trust, and customer loyalty which will ultimately determine the long-term success of a company and its bottom line.
