Guide day-to-day news coverage, manage newsroom operations and logistics while making editorial decisions for every newscast. Lead team of Executive Producers, Reporters, Anchors, Photographers and Editors through execution of all aspects of news coverage including execution, tight deadlines and live coverage while also executing overall mission and strategy. Also served as project manager for large live broadcasts, managed budgets for those as well as sponsorship relationships and obligations.

Manage content and all daily news coverage. Responsibilities centered around directing crews to cover scheduled events, breaking news and special projects as well as running daily editorial meetings. Also part of the newsroom management team that shapes and reinforces newsroom brand and initiates changes to newsroom procedures that not only increased efficiency but grew viewership.

Produced 6:00pm newscast while innovating new production elements, coordinating crews and communicating story changes to the newsroom while working to maintain and grow the 6:00pm news audience.

Began as the Saturday Morning Producer, which involved crafting rundowns, writing scripts and overseeing live newscasts on weekend mornings. Quickly promoted to weekday newscasts including the 5:30pm newscast, the 5:00pm newscast and eventually the 6:00pm newscast and promoted to Senior Producer.
