- I went out in the field, located customers address and made sure they lived there, by inquiring from the neighbors. I then set up video surveillance on the home, to see if there was any activity from the client.
- TIG also has had me to do interviews with claimants on insurance claims, taking recorded detailed interviews, written detailed reports and photos.
- Full-time retrieving videos and taking photos from Dollar General Stores when they have accident claims. It requires a lot of driving and time.
