• The Director of Nursing Services provides Administrative and Clinical Academic leadership as the Accelerated BSN (ABSN) site leader in developing, maintaining, evaluating, and collaborating with the University of Incarnate Word's Nursing Academic team.
• The primary responsibilities for this position include operational leadership for delivery of the curriculum using a blended learning model to advance student success in the ABSN program.
• In addition to the general oversight of student success, the director works collaboratively to support and identify retention strategies, provide faculty support, and evaluate student data.

• Oversee nursing tutoring services, payroll, teaching workload assignments, issuing of adjunct teaching contracts, faculty and staff evaluation, and financial/budgetary responsibility for the ABSN program
• Oversee the operations of the on-site skills and simulation labs
• Oversee exam scheduling and exam proctoring
• Develop ABSN semester calendars to include all testing, clinical, lab and simulation experiences for all ABSN students
