Accomplishments

Initiated the construction of two bridges and an underpass for The City of Galesburg in order to make way for ambulances and safety personnel to improve the quality of life and grant easy access to the hospitals. I named them Bickerdyke Bridge after Mother Bickerdyke, a Civil War nurse, Don Moffitt Overpass and John Sibley Underpass.
