- Develop, communicate, and maintain digital product strategies and roadmaps aligned to organizational priorities, operational needs, and long-term platform scalability.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for multiple digital solutions, from discovery and strategy through delivery, adoption, and optimization.
- Ensure digital offerings anticipate and respond to evolving user expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, including automation and AI-enabled workflows.
- Benchmark internal digital solutions against legacy platforms and emerging best practices to inform modernization and investment decisions.
- Champion accessible, user-centered, and efficient digital experiences, balancing usability with operational and compliance constraints.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Provide strategic leadership across cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, QA, operations, training, and platform partners.
- Actively participate in senior-level and cross-functional working groups to advance enterprise digital initiatives.
- Influence prioritization and delivery across teams without direct authority, ensuring alignment on high-leverage initiatives and shared outcomes.
- Mentor and support teammates through product best practices, roadmap clarity, and outcome-focused delivery.
Performance, Analytics & Innovation
- Measure, analyze, and report on digital product performance using KPIs tied to adoption, efficiency gains, error reduction, and user behavior.
- Establish ROI and impact frameworks to guide roadmap decisions and demonstrate value delivered by digital initiatives.
- Lead innovation efforts focused on workflow automation, intelligent validation, and alerting systems that reduce manual effort and improve data integrity.
- Leverage data and system insights to continuously refine product strategy and prioritize high-impact enhancements.
Compliance, Risk & Platform Integration
- Design digital solutions with built-in controls, validations, auditability, and risk mitigation, supporting compliance and governance requirements.
- Partner closely with compliance, security, and platform teams to ensure digital solutions meet evolving standards for data protection and operational risk.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal platform teams on integrations, shared services, and API-driven solutions, ensuring reliability and scalability.
