As a service technician at Hobart I was able to gain valued experience servicing an incredible range of kitchen equipment. I was responsible for company vehicle. Miller Mechanical was a distinguishing experience. My first job in the trades and provided me with an astounding base to leap from. Learning skills from a lifelong dedicated tradesman, I was a service technician with a wide breadth of customers. I completed repair, replacement, and maintenance to a multitude of complex equipment. Including food service equipment, refrigeration systems, HVAC systems and gas fired heating equipment. I worked for varied customers, from Duncan aviation, to the idler river boat restaurant in South Haven. From working on equipment with millions of BTU/hr inputs that are used in multi million dollar paint jobs, to repairing equipment in the bilge of 19th century riverboat, this experience was a defining time in my development.
