At Minnich Eggs, I am responsible for troubleshooting and repairing egg graders and packers. Along with that, I help with upkeep of all the facilities. That includes ensuring heating and air conditioning are functioning properly year round, maintaining boilers, tracking maintenance records, troubleshooting lifts, and fixing septic and drainage systems.

At Minnich Poultry, my duties included repairing damage to buildings, plumbing new barns, structural welding in new barns, fixing barn ventilation fans and vents, swapping and repairing broken belts inside and outside of barns, replacing motors, maintaining the feed mill and grain legs, and overall upkeep of all the facilities to ensure everything operates smoothly.
