General Manager

GB Fish and Chips 1 Inc.
Denver, USA
03.2018 - 05.2023
  • I operated as the general manager of GB Fish and Chips 1 for a period of approximately five years.
  • During that period of time I trained and put into place leadership teams at the location I directly managed and trained leadership to be sent to other stores.
  • For a period of two years, I operated as General Manager of two stores simultaneously.
  • This experience allowed me to polish my ability to delegate effectively and foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills within myself and my teams.
  • Running two stores at once served as a fantastic opportunity to get away from the mechanic mentality of managing (providing fixes and solutions without teaching others how) improving my ability to invest in my top performers allowing them to grow into strong leaders.

General Manager

GB Fish and Chips 2 Inc.
Edgewater, USA
09.2021 - 08.2022
  • During my tenure at GB Fish and Chips 2 I was also running GB Fish and Chips 1 until I promoted an assistant into the General Manager role at that shop.
  • My focus then shifted to running GB Fish and Chips 4 and training a General Manager to run GB Fish and Chips 2.
  • Both of those managers are still in the General Manager position with the company.

General Manager

GB Fish and Chips 3 Inc
Denver, USA
01.2018 - 03.2018
  • This was my first General Manager position with GB Fish and Chips.
  • GB Fish and Chips 3 is the lowest volume shop in the company, often serving as a training store.
  • I was rapidly moved to GB Fish and Chips 1 (the original store) to manage a larger team and higher volume operation.
