Mitchell Harvey

I am currently a Corrections Supervisor I at Hutchinson Correctional Facility. In my current role I supervise 8 security staff and 100+ restrictive housing residents. I am also a SORT tactical member and firearms instructor. I have a military background and emphasize discipline in my everyday life. I attended Barton County Community College & Washburn University. I am a firm believer in effective communication skills and risk management. I utilize risk management techniques because I believe it is important to prepare to prepare residents for reentering society and influencing positive behavior changes.
