The title of my job is not really a true picture of the job I did. Most people were Vice Presidents or higher. I'm more of a trading assistant. But I've done more than that. I've been an actual municipal bond trader, as well as commercial paper and CDs. I basically traded everything that needed to be done. I ran the new trades and set up all the new issues that we bought or were negotiated. Also was the coordinator of our Syndicate with Baird, meaning on conference calls, setting up and tracking deals, as well as executing trades.

Was a customer representative on the phone and off the phone. Would work with walk-ins as well as clients on the phone. I did daily work for a major client daily, detailing his positions for him.

• Provided exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from American Express brokers promptly and professionally. I tried to educate them when they didn't know the trades they were putting in.
