Truly enjoyed the 4 years with the company and in that time, formed a lifelong friendship with the owner, Mason. I concluded it was time to move on and find something that better accommodates my anticipated schedule. Currently in the process of obtaining a Real Estate Salesperson license in Connecticut and just completed the 60 hour course. I am prepared to take the state licensing examination within the month of June.

  • Worked as an office manager and as a sales consultant. Responsible for setting up meetings, consultation appointments, also filed documents away, handled dispatching of crews, collected money and deposited it into the business account and dealt with customer concerns on phone calls daily. Worked with customers scheduling jobs and provided information that ensures comfort towards clients that decide to work with us on their tree removal, land clearing and/ or landscaping projects.
  • Spent my first 2 years working as a tree groundman and learned through experience and self development throughput those years to move up in the company. Started off working on a crew, where we would work mainly on residential properties in New Haven County. It was hard, laborious work that taught me to have the work ethic that I carry today.
  • I was confronted by my boss in the off season about becoming a sales consultant for the business, which came with much of responsibility. This is what I was best at and continued to improve my skills. Spent most of my time bidding tree/ landscaping work for, sometimes self generating leads, but mainly on company purchased leads. I’ve always had exceptional communication skills that allowed me to relay information confidently and effectively. This eventuality turned into an office manager role, while still having responsibilities that came with consulting. I spent a great deal of time working, usually 6-7 days and up to 60 hours every week.
