- Responsible for vulnerability management of both NESSUS and DISA STIGs within the entire Federal scope by means of JIRA and PowerBI reporting.

- Facilitate and manage burndown events for broad range of findings ranging from group policy modifications to manual host cleanups.

- Responsible for project management efforts for a single client site within the Veteran’s Affairs healthcare system.

- Facilitated several recurring meetings between both internal and external stakeholders covering a broad spectrum of topics ranging from project-centric to issue resolution.

- Led a team of multiple System Engineers by means of assigning tasks, assisting with technical questions, and providing guidance which led to the successful completion of in-flight projects.

- Created, facilitated, and executed technical project plans using Microsoft Project and JIRA resulting in positive change in client systems.

- Responsible for multiple levels of vulnerability and asset management ranging from interpreting and understanding NESSUS vulnerability scans, planning large-scale burndown efforts, and hands-on patching. This allowed my team and I to successfully lower the risk posture of our client site to acceptable levels of a 2-year Authority to Operate granted by the VA

- Provided Front-End Windows and Back-End Linux support for Cerner Millennium system applications for a subset of four clients with an estimated total end user count of 31,000.

- Held two Subject Matter Expert rolls in which I was the primary point of contact for solution upgrades and troubleshooting live environments.

- Supported a multitude of code and solution upgrade projects simultaneously to promote ongoing technology currency efforts.

- Established strong working relationships with client contacts to help foster effective communication for purpose of issue resolution, effort planning and production troubleshooting efforts.
