- Beginning in November of 2021 I began training for emission certification through Davis County, After attaining this certification I started being trained on being an Assistant Manager for Burt Brothers Lube Center. My duties for this position included:
- Supervising day-to-day operations to meet performance, quality, and service expectations.
- Maintaining regular inventory counts to verify stock levels of oil filters, air filters, wiper blades, and various fluids. Addressing discrepancies, and forecasting future needs.
- Offered hands-on assistance to customers, assessing needs, and maintaining current knowledge of consumer preferences and industry knowledge pertaining to various automotive brands.
- Managing a team of 5-10 technicians to perform service on customer vehicles.
- Providing quotes for recommendations and necessary services to customers.
