• Contractor for DirecTV. I conducted and determine best positioning for equipment strongest signal reception. I built satellite dishes. I installed satellite dishes on customers roof or on pole. I educated and reviewed work orders with customers. Taught them basic use and how to enjoy their new service and equipment. Fed cables through access holes, attics and floor spaces. Troubleshot and diagnosed issues in order to determine appropriate repair procedures. Set up and programmed devices and educated customers on use. Cleaned up area after install was finished.

• I check the signal at the tap. I run a new drop from the pole to customers house if needed. Pre-wires single dwelling units. Performs service calls. Troubleshoots the drop from the tap to the customer's equipment. Installs and removes converters in order to provide customer with upgrades. Provides the customer with materials regarding channel line up, use of converter, and company policies as they relate to the customer as well as demonstrates these skills in order to educate the customer on the use of the equipment. Cleans, maintains, and stocks vehicle and equipment in order to be prepared to perform required duties. Inspects existing ground or makes new ground.
