• Monitor patients in detox and residential treatment settings, ensuring safety and supporting recovery.
• Assist with therapeutic groups, reinforce coping skills, and encourage participation.
• Document behaviors, interventions, and safety checks with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Utilize CPI-based de-escalation techniques in crisis situations.
