· Lead field operations, such as village visits, to advise community leaders on the creation and execution of a village education development plan. Additionally, provide technical assistance on managing and implementing the small grant budget in 302 target schools.

· Advise the Village Education Development Committee in identifying issues, challenges, and root causes to develop suitable solutions for each problem.

· Conduct the Needs Assessment process for government staff to identify their specific needs and provide training to boost their theoretical and practical capacity in school lunch project management.

· Take lead in design and create budget management tools for community. Additionally, consult with department of Finance, Ministry of Education in regulating the rules of using and monitoring National School Lunch Budget.

· Collaborate closely with the Village Education Development Committee to enroll all eligible children in primary school. Work alongside teachers to determine the causes of absenteeism and address these issues effectively.

· Providing technical assistance to field personnel in knowledge dissemination and community mobilization.

• Serve as an interpreter between Lao and English both in-office and on-field
• Engage in technical and non-technical surveys to identify and dispose of Unexploded Ordnance (UXO)
• Aid in delivering UXO training to all field staff to ensure they can safely carry out survey, detection, clearance, and demolition operations
• Join community visits and educate community members, especially minors who are often the primary victims, about the hazards of UXO
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss the difficulties and challenges associated with UXO clearance practices and collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions
• Work closely with the Geographic Information Systems department to design the task site's map, incorporate relevant information, and identify potential challenges and difficulties related to the bomb destruction process in specific areas

• Deliver both written and oral translation services during seminars, trainings, and community visits as well as for manuals and reports
• Carry out research and present case studies related to legal issues, gender-based violence, gender equality, and rights of disabled individuals during monthly seminars
• Assist in developing, designing, and proofreading legal animations and narrative videos
• Lead the Training of Trainers sessions for law school educators and students in the provinces of Savannakhet and Champasak
• Occasionally join community visits to observe and report on the impact of Lao laws knowledge dissemination
• Annually attend the Pro bono and access to justice meetings
• Provide assistance in coordinating with the Ministry of Justice and other relevant Justice Sector agencies as necessary
