lam not my past, and things that once held me back became a foundation for rebuilding my life and have provided me with a platform of service to my community. I successfully completed a reentry program aimed at addressing substance use disorder while incarcerated. This was a turning point in my life. I realized I could recover, and help others do the same. I requested placement at a residential treatment center upon release and this request was granted. I have successfully completed this program and am now in my own home with my 3 beautiful children. I have experienced family reunification, gainful employment, and freedom from illicit substances.

The same skills and abilities that afforded me success in my personal recovery will be an asset to your organization. 1 am a punctual, hardworking person dedicated to maximizing my potential and helping others do the same.
