In the Spring of 2024, I obtained my MBA from the University of Central Florida. Throughout this program, I've practiced resilience, collaboration, and project management.

In my current role, I manage high-value OCIP/CCIP programs, where I ensure timely, accurate resolution on behalf of my clients.
