This was a volunteer position that I held at Flint Baptist Church. Skills I utilized often were

• Making fresh and engaging worship setlists.
• Recruiting volunteers for the worship teams.
• Led and encouraged worship team members and guided the team in following church processes, guidelines and mission.
• Set up ProPresenter presentations with lyrics for congregation.

As an after school counselor it is my responsibility to ensure the safety of the children in my care and to engage with them in an an encouraging and loving manner. Skill utilized here include:

• Leading the students in weekly Bible study
• Leading in times of prayer
• Communicating with other staff effectively
• Coordinating after-school activities for individual student growth and development.
• Building productive, lasting connections with individual students.
• Monitoring children's activities to verify safety and wellbeing.
