Summary

I am an IT Engineer/Technician LV2 and Manager at Broadband VI, the fastest ISP locally. I work alongside two other personnel, offering an impressive record of managing projects, training, and customer support, while developing new launch plans and executing them to successful completion. Being an active listener toward customers and employees alike has developed negotiation skills and new means of resolving conflict management. Handling vendors is a field I've recently touched on this year. In my experience, it is a great skill earned, which leads to ideas and various platforms to present products and services to the ever-growing world. I am determined to deliver high-quality, user-friendly service to the market as quickly as possible.

Moving forward with my knowledge of building design, construction, and electrical infrastructure to perform my daily tasks over the years, I am now expanding into maintenance to give my employer or clients a complete solution to address all concerns, if possible.
