The workshop course content was created using assignments, discussions, modules, pages, and a self-reflection survey.

Developed learning content that would promote learning through self-study, practice, and performance support.
Project one: Developed and designed an analysis of virtual training platforms.
The study compared Adobe Connect and Amazon Chime's virtual platform features and pros and cons.
Alternative platforms included: Zoom, ConnexMe, Ivent, Slack, and Knovio.
Project two: Developed and designed a self-paced course.
The course consisted of five modules with formative and summative assessments included.
The course explained how all merchandise entered the Amazon fulfillment centers to how products are released for shipping.
The self-paced course also covered associates who work in the warehouses, support teams, facilities, and various site location information.
Project Three: Developed a collection of breakout session activities for future training programs.
Those activities were developed to support the new virtual training modules.
Each session was structured with a set of group scenarios for discussion and an assessment.
The sessions reflected the First Mile, Middle Mile, and the Last Mile of Amazon's transportation service network.
