• Supervise all MEP & HVAC operations for several multi-story residential Buildings .
• Conduct contractor to perform high-quality and on-time performance of MEP/HVAC execution works based on project drawings, specifications and time schedule,
• Prepare/ review calculations , Technical submittals and drawings,
• Respond to RFIs for the project and accurately prepare/review submittals,
• Determine resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to maintain on-time delivery of the project on a weekly basis,
• Supervised contractors activities and if necessary conducted the contractor to modify their services in relation to the project requirements.

• Responsible for managing construction , testing , commissioning , local authorities approvals & final TOCs for Buildings MEP Works .
• Perform site audits of MEP installations to verify that they meet the highest industry standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors for MEP materials and services, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
• Reporting to the project management for implementation of MEP systems to ensure they meet all requirements specifications, codes and standards.
• Collaborate with architects & structural engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
• Manage scope budgets, including estimating costs associated with materials, labor, and MEP equipment, and controlling costs within financial limits.
• Plan and supervise MEP system installations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and in accordance with project specifications.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure a clear understanding of MEP requirements and project timelines.

A- Senior MEP Engineer ( Testing & Commissioning ) , Internal Security Forces Camp Project :

• Preparing the Testing / Commissioning Plan & Commissioning Method Statements for Approvals.
• Working with consultant & Construction team to close the NCRs , Site Instructions & Major Installation Comments prior to the commissioning .
• Assure the readiness of the MEP Systems prior to the Staring-up .
• Conducting Pre-comm , TAB , Starting-up & Commissioning inspections .
• Reviewing Operation & Maintenance Manuals prior to the submittal .
• Following up the Issuance of Systems / Equipment Warranties .
• Arrange the Necessary submittals of the necessary Spare parts list after the DLP .
• Conducting Training of Client Representatives Prior to the Handing-over .
• Managing the issuance of Red-line & As-built Drawings .
• Coordinating with Consultant & State Local authorities for Acceptances .

B- Senior Mechanical Engineer ( Engineering Coordinator ) , Lusail Project :

• Reviewing the Shop Drawings & Technical submittals prior to consultant review .
• Assuring that the Technical submittals are compatible with the Project specifications and , Local regulations & industry codes & standards.
• Discuss the design conflicts with the consultant and raising the RFIs if required .
• Comparing the SD to the IFC & Shop drawings to assure the compatibility of the submittal .
• Coordination with the architects team to solve the Pre-construction Conflicts .
• Managing the vendors technical submittals process .
• Following up the issuance of Red-line and as-built drawings .
