Additional Instructions for mailing your package
Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. If you are shipping a non-hazardous item,
completely remove or cover any hazardous materials markings.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and
barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
If your package fits in your mail box or a postal box, deposit your package for your postal carrier to pick it up. If your
package does not fit, bring it to any Post Office.
To find your closest Post Office or USPS Collection Box, visit the USPS locator or go to www.usps.com and select Find
USPS Locations.

Any product which appears to have an initial defect within 30 days of delivery, may be exchanged for a replacement of
the same model at no cost to you . We will pay for the shipping both ways. All defective products must be returned to
the manufacturer for warranty repair after our 30 day return period. In some cases we can help you with this matter if
the item is still within the return time.
If you wish to return a non defective product for any reason, we accept returns on unopened, and unused
products.Please note you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the loss of the actual shipping cost. Any item that
has been opened may be returned but will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee depending on the condition
since we will no longer be able to resell the item as a new and unopened product.
Any items returned to us must meet the following guidelines:
All items must be in original factory packaging.
All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a RA Number. To get a RA Number, please contact our customer
service department.
PLEASE NOTE:
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable (including all refused packages). If item has free shipping, then the
actual shipping cost is non refundable.
Items must be returned within 10 days from the date a return request authorization is issued. After this time the return
authorization number will be voided.
If you require a return label for an error that is ours, we can only issue one if there is no open case or claim.
