• Managed construction activities, ensuring compliance with client requirements, procedures, Policies and schedules
• Developed and implemented construction execution plans as per client schedule and, resulting in a reduction in project delays.
• Prepare, reviewed, and submitted Direct and subcontractor (Method Statements, JSAs, documents lifting plans, RFI&QAQC documents), ensuring adherence to project standards.
• Coordinated with client, Other Department and subcontractors Monitor progress of construction activities, and manage the team of field coordinators in order to achieve safe and timely execution of projects.
• Continuously monitor changing field conditions and take appropriate actions with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Conducted constructability reviews and facilitated construction review meetings to identify and resolve technical issues, minimizing project disruptions.
• Monitored project progress, identified deviations, and implemented corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget
• Review the project heavy (critical) lifting plan and ensure that the content of the subcontractor's reports and records are reviewed and approved by the Company in accordance with the project contract requirements.
• Prepare and organize permits and Coordinating with Client & Concurring parties for the smooth operation accordance with Project procedures, regulations, specifications, and standards.
• Facilitate constructability reviews, brownfield activities preparation and construction review meetings and complete all reports, ensuring the areas of concerns and specific technical issues are identified and tackled on time, with relevant mitigations in line with project specifications and requirements.
• Review and Instruct subcontractors to arrange manpower, equipment, transportation and training in accordance with site conditions, project procedures, regulations, specifications and standards.
• Monitor and follow up the project planned erection materials and organize the erection plan as per the project schedule. Accountable for Lifting/rigging staff under supervision.
• Monitoring and control of all structural steel erection, pre-assembly and other installation activities as per the condition of the site, and resolved site related issues.
• Report each site operations and construction related activities to top management and elaborate on site status, issues & completion plan.
• Ensured compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, promoting a strong safety culture on site & risk assessment reviews for execution of projects to ensure safety.

PROJECT - SUHAR REFINERY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (SRIP) - (ORPIC) – EPC

• Preparing, coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects ensuring managed construction activities, ensuring compliance with client requirements, procedures, Policies and schedules
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate actions
• Supervising and approving construction activities and coordinating various aspects of the project such as material submission, inspection, working on drawings, etc.
• Resolving difficulties and problems in discussion with other discipline & contractors.
• Implementing a standardized work construction process and executing the control system for each construction activity
• Organizing and coordinating construction activities with accordance to schedules.
• Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
• Elaborates construction feasibility analysis evaluating the available materials & drawings.
• Raising MTO(s) for all materials required to additional materials for hydro test etc.
• Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings
• Ensure the Productivity and Quality is maintained by subordinates. Coordinate with other Disciplines in site.
• Monitoring the daily work activities of Sub Contractor and updating Sub Contractor Progress Reports
• Assist Design Department in solving Piping Modification and Technical Problems in the Field
• Provide technical answers to Engineering Queries raised up by the sub-contractor confirming design drawings and standard requirements
• Responsible for counter checking by Isometric/Piping plan for the spools erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment and plumpness.
• Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module.
• Preparing “AS BUILT” drawings.
• Preparation of field piping system test packages, including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics
• Responsible for carrying out Mechanical Clearance, Conducting Hydro and Pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.
• Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.
• Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.
• Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.

PIPING TECHNICAL SKILLS.

• Creation/checking of piping isometric with respects of piping layout & P&ID
• Creating MTO from PID, piping layout and isometric.
• To read isometric drawings with MTO & Supports and work
  accordingly.
• Familiar with International Design code like ASME, ANSI, API.
• Proficient in study piping and equipment layouts development and plot plan development.
