• System Evacuation down to 500 microns.(Clears out Air/moisture contamination in the system)
• Refrigerant Recharge

• Faulty TXV valve replacement. ( Saves compressor, prevents evaporator from icing up and gives accurate pressure readings)
• Filter drier replacement. ( Maintained proper head pressure)
• Ball valve replacement ( Proper water flow and prevention of high head pressure )
• Condensate drain line installation
• Insulating condensate drain line ( Prevented condensation from forming on drain line)

Preventative Maintenance:

• Monitoring Heating and Cooling operations of RTUs, Water Cooled, Air Cooled units, and Air Handlers
• Digital documentation of daily work reports via company phone
• Thermostat Adjustments
• Air Filter changes. ( Prevented dust from reaching refrigerant lines )
• Blower Belt replacement
• Condensate pump test/replacement
• Condensate line evacuation ( Prevented leaks )
• Strainer Cleaning on water cooled units (Proper water circulation and head pressure )
• Water pump strainer cleaning for Cooling Towers ( To maintain proper head pressure and water circulation )

• PTAC and heating radiator installments.
• Replacing/Troubleshooting electrical components such as Thermostat switches, wall thermostats, capacitors, relays, and overloads on compressors.
• Assisted in service calls and helping customers with operating their AC system.
• Maintenance and repairs of PTACs on site for over Twenty Glenwood buildings weekly and returning shop repaired units back to each building.
