• Serving in the air operation center as a radar operator and air traffic controller assistant.
• Conducted passive and active sonar searches for suspected targets.
• Updated documentation such as technical manuals and equipment maintenance records.
• Calculated maneuvers and provided commander with operational and situational reports along with depth, range and system statuses.
• Repaired and tested navigation systems, radar switchboards and repeaters and Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) systems.
• Configured Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) radar systems and Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) systems.
• Provided strategic plotting and navigation for warfare areas.
