· Guide the customer through the purchasing decision, activation process and educate the customer on our products and services.
· Perform the Vodafone customer service standards in the way that makes Vodafone stores the desired retail destinations in Qatar.
· Responsible for handling customer inquiries (Sales, Service, Complaints) and provide them with unmatched experience performed as quickly as possible,
· Delegating and assigning work tasks to individual staff members (Sales Targets, Team Schedule and Store Tasks).
· Managing and showcasing the new promotions and posters to the designated areas in the store.
· Responsible in assisting and supervising sales team and ensuring that, all in store duties are completed and the various KPI’s are met.
· Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (Daily, Weekly and Monthly for individuals and store sales Targets).
