Scope

 Execute, Maintain and improve the systems and procedures of Flight Handling and Ramp activities.

 Overall supervision of all the Ramp activities, flight handling.

Organization

 Reports to RUHHF-Roo Senior Supervisor Unit – Flight Handling.

 Supervises and directs Service Representative, Chief Drivers, Apron

Coordinators, Drivers, Apron Drivers and Equipment Controllers in the Ramp area.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Plan, organize, establish and execute schedules, programs and procedures

to meet customer and in-house demands during normal and peak operations.

 Responsible for smooth and efficient handling of all flights during the duty hours.

 Review allocation sheet of Service representatives for necessary changes made on the F.I.C Schedule.

 Co-ordinate with Dispatch for any changes regarding meal service.

 Ensure Ramp Personnel observe the KKIA Safety, Security and Customs Rules.

 Ensure to assign and allocate flights to all Service Representatives.

 Brief incoming Supervisor with the latest development of flights and Ramp activities.

 To ensure that all forms used on ramp are filled by concerned ramp staff i.e.

meal temperature forms / ramp cars / DEK / giveaways inventories / etc.

 Investigate customer's complaints and ensure proper follow-up /corrective.

 Co-ordinates with Sales Department regarding updates related to (SAUDIA / Foreign Carriers) if any and ensure that the same is disseminated to the

staff for the smooth handling of all flights).

 Attends all Meetings and Briefings as per prescribed schedules and other Meetings called for calls for Meetings within the Section and other Sections / Departments, whenever necessary.

 Ensures that the Company's hygiene, quality and temperature control standards are strictly adhered to at all times; actively tries to improve the same whenever possible.

 Submit Daily Shift Report in due time.
