Growing up, I developed an interest in mathematics and history and excelled in them. I was passionate about sports and martial arts as well. I trained in karate and participated in four championships, two of which I won. As a hobby, I loved to play soccer which fostered my ability to work in a team and later, I joined my middle school team. When I was in high school, I had a plan to major in economics because I could notice that I was became interested in analyzing the economic situation of my country back then, and became more of an ardent reader of local and international news related to economics. On a side note, my passion to study economics was developed as I had engaging discussions with my father, who had majored in economics and whom I consider my role model. In September 2021, my father moved to Washington DC for his work. Thus, I moved to the US and started an English program at NOVA to prepare myself in joining a distinguished Economics program at a highly ranked American university. Now, I’m student at West Virginia University and majoring in economics. Also, I’m a TA in CS 101 and the social justice advocate
