  • Work with Cardiovascular patients, provided pre-op education, set up sterile scrub table field, assisted physician in performing left and right cardiac catheterizations
  • Groin management ie: insertion sites, sheath removal, manual pressure if indicated, "femostop," "quik clot," and closure device management.
  • 24-hr STEMI call
  • Assist with interventional procedures such as angioplasty, stents, atherectomy, thrombectomy, peripheral and structural interventions.
  • Assist with insertion of Swan-Ganz catheter and measurements.
