• Review, maintain and audit the payroll of Alyasra Group companies to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, sales commissions/incentives, benefits and other deductions.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, promotions, terminations, resignations and changes in salaries.
• Assist ER in conducting research on employee satisfaction using Glint surveys.
• Ensuring all compensation programs, policies, and procedures comply with labor law.
• Develop compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.
• Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRMS to provide employees with accurate eligibility information.
• Work with managers to help develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees.
• Prepare yearly manpower budget and keep operations within that budget.
• Conduct yearly bonus calculations as per eligibility and financial achievements.
• Conduct an external benchmarking analysis with “Korn Ferry” every 3-4 years to stay competitive.
• Support in conducting the yearly performance appraisals.
• Manage Payroll administration activities (HRMS) for the smooth running of the payroll process in all branches (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Qatar & Bahrain)
• Prepare all Payroll related reports such as salary transfers, overtime, increments, leaves, additions, deductions, and indemnity.
• Provide information and training to the employees, provide technical/procedural assistance, and answer employee inquiries when needed.
• Process employee's insurance documents and payment by coordinating with the Gulf Trust broker team.
• Process monthly sales commission calculations.
• Process the leave settlements when received and ensure that the employees are paid on time.
• Process the final settlements for the left employees.
• Prepare month-end payroll financial entries.
• Participate in preparing the annual budget for Business Travel, and Manpower.
• Support the Performance and Rewards Manager in conducting an analysis of the compensation and benefits within the company.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis with Hay Group.
• Formulate the content of the HR Policies & Procedures through executing, interpreting, and applying rules and regulations.
• Update the cost centers and organization structures for divisions and departments as per hierarchy and authority matrix.
• Conduct periodic audit of payroll section accounts such as salaries, leaves, end of service and provisions internally and externally.
• Recording & accounting daily cash, petty cash, sales, and purchase transactions.
• Preparing invoices, cheques, and payment requests.
• Preparing weekly performance management reports including available bank funds & overdrafts position, occupancy, loans, tax, and debtor’s analysis.
• Dealing with customers regarding advertising promotional contracts & refundable deposits.
