To prepare and arrange training program and training materials (e.g. hand out) to be used in training session for all the participants.
To review all training materials, handouts and training references prior to discuss the same topic to the participants.
To give information and lesson regarding Basic English language as means of communication.
To encourage every participant to cooperate in every activity (group activity or individual).
To practice each participant's ability in reading, speaking or even in writing a word or a sentence, phrase or clause.
To give exercises after each topic, this is to determine if the topic being discussed really understands.
To conduct and give training, basic knowledge and awareness regarding safety related matter among the selected employees.
To give information and in-house trainings (such as; Confined Space Entry Attendant, Fire Watchman, Flagman, working on Height Safety etc.) for all employees involve in high risk task.
To discuss and explain in details all necessary information that needs more clarification.

Responsible for the compliance of Safety, Health and Environmental program and shall ensure through the field supervisors that all their activities are accomplished safely on the project.
Responsible for supervising Health, Safety and Environment functions/activities and ensuring that Health, Safety and Environment programs, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures are implemented and followed.
Constant monitoring of facility (or Project site as and when required) to ensure Safety rules and regulations, policies and procedures are strictly implemented and followed.
Provides professional and technical consultation/orientation to concerned staff in the areas of Loss Prevention, Health, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, and Risk Management.
Develop, implement and maintain the Health, Safety and Environment program that contributes to safe and productive operation of the company.
Develop Health, Safety and Environment program custom built in line with Client's project HSE Policy and Plans, obtain Client's approval and implement in execution of the project.
Direct and coordinate investigation activities of all incidents (injury, illness, near miss, accidents). Maintains records for tracking, training and reference purposes.
Inspect all the areas of responsibility to identify hazards and take corrective measures through field supervisors.
Note down all the hazardous conditions in the logbook.
To ensure that required work permits are obtained, valid, and compliance as per client's policy and procedure.
To ensure that supervisors are conducting daily toolbox talk prior to start of work and all the safety precautions state din the safe work plan are discussed with the workers thoroughly.
Attend the safety audits inspections conducted by the client Representative and compliance for corrective action for the points noted during the inspection.
Encourage all the supervisory staff to build up safety awareness amongst the employees.
Review the safety deficiencies noted by the supervisors and help them in case of need.
Encourage and motivate all supervisors and employees under their control for a safety oriented job and enforce all safety requirement at all levels.
Actively participate in coordination with Safety Officer(s) in investigating accidents/incidents to define the root cause.
Review training course received by employees and determine any safety training if required.
