Analytical method development Expert in biologics characterization, with strong background in HPLC and mass spectrometry for the analysis of antibodies, proteins, and peptides. Besides the above experiences, I have extensive experience studying neuronal ion-channel proteins on cell membranes using a variety of techniques such as patch-clamp and current/voltage-clamp.
Analytical method development: HPLC chromatography and electrophoresis to release samples and characterize drug products under aggressive timelines in a GMP environment, and documentation with ELN.
