    At The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus, led the development of inpatient policies and procedures to establish the first inpatient multidisciplinary CLI Program within the TENET network. Provided ongoing support and medical oversight for the regional CLI Program, contributing to its achievement of Joint Commission accreditation.
  • Medical Director and Founder of Multidisciplinary Amputation Prevention Services (MAPS) - A patient-centered program designed to prevent avoidable amputations through The Circle of Care approach. By uniting vascular specialist, wound care experts, podiatrists, endocrinologist, infectious disease physicians, rehabilitation teams and other providers. MAPS ensures that every patient receives a comprehensive, coordinated care.   • The Limb Savers Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization-Founder and President - The mission of the limb savers society is to provide education, advocacy and support research to help prevent unnecessary amputations in our community by promoting multidisciplinary team based treatment for patients with peripheral arterial disease, critical limb ischemia and non-healing wounds. We will work to educate physicians, providers and the community at large on the options that are available for limb preservation and amputation prevention. We will provide high level advocacy to patients needing guidance and resources to obtain the best treatment and outcomes for prevention of unnecessary amputations. 10/2020-Present
