Have worked in Pakistan Army for 15 years and took voluntary retirement in 2000 and learned man management and leadership qualities.
After release, joined a construction company namely Kaizen Construction Pvt Ltd, and learnt construction skills and project construction management. Meanwhile also worked as Technical Director in a Public listed Ready Mix Concrete Company namely, SafeMix Concrete Products ltd.
In 2009, made own construction company namely; Staco Construction Pvt Ltd and managed its all projects as CEO till 2023 and executed and delivered many prestigious construction projects all over Pakistan.
Shifted to usa permanently in 2023 being a green card holder and passed NYS Real Estate License in January 2024.

Worked as Technical Director & Operation Manager in Pakistan in a Public listed (IPO) Ready Mix Concrete Company for 4 years and was responsible for Human Resource, Plant and Machinery, Procurement of Materials and smooth execution and delivery of concrete to project locations.
From 2006 to 2007, owned and managed Concrete Paver Plant and made and sold concrete pavers and curbs blocks commercially to different suppliers and contractors.
From 2013 to 2023, owned and managed medium level construction company in Pakistan and executed and delivered 15-18 different nature projects which included Housing projects, road infrastructure development projects, industrial units and Pre-fab buildings in different cities. All projects were delivered without any time overshoots. Company profile including ownership documents can be furnished upon demand for proof.
