Monitoring (MSC's, MGW's, Server's, SGSN, GGSN, HLR, Transit node's, International Links and Transmissions) and prepare daily Health Check and cease alarms.
BSS Network:-

Use different software's for monitoring:
• Ericsson : OSS & WinFiol software's and ENM
• Huawei : i Master NCE Management System software.
Prepare and send Daily Record.
First line maintenance.
Follow up fault tickets; solve problems within specified time (according to SLA).
Generation and Analysis of reports BTS& BSC.
Analysis of data from the network management systems for traffic and performance statistics.
Performs other related duties and daily Operations as required.
