• Acted as lead of SCADA team and coordinator of daily activities in plant for operation and maintenance teams.

• Installation, testing, commissioning of CCTV Systems and related equipment, following drawing of layouts and building plans.
• Provide quality installation in most methodical and efficient manner, including ability to digest detailed scope of works and working drawings.
• Production of high-quality commissioning and handover documentation and as fit drawings.
• Schedule and coordinating work to tight deadlines.
• Verify progress and quality of work against agreed specifications and plans and report any deviations as per project process.
• Configure IP address of devices as per plan and confirming visibility status from server.

Project: Zain Managed Service Project SAUDI ARABIA North Region

• Expansions, migrations, backup, site commissioning and monitoring.
• Execute maintenance procedures related to Radio, ELV and Transmission Maintenance(Huawei, Nokia & NEC equipment).
• Troubleshoot and repair radio, transmission elements (including core, BSC, RNC & Hub sites).
• Support IPRAN and DWDM for alarms troubleshooting for (CISCO & Huawei) Routers and checked VLANs & IPʼs according to MUX plan.
• Perform radio and transmission sites preventive & corrective maintenance activities.
• Perform site hand over and site QC as per Zain standards (including IBS, MW, Radio, NE40 routers, OSNs, BSCʼs & RNCʼs).
• Perform Tests during HO (using OTDR & power meter tools for fiber {FAN project} and site master for VSWR {Radio site}).
• Perform site survey and LOS along with detailed reports.

• Perform installation, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of Huawei
  equipment such as: Node B\BTS3900 & BTS3900l.
• Installation and commissioning of microwave: 900 serials (HSB, XPIC....).
  Perform installation, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of Huawei
  equipment such as: LTE and 3G Technology.
• Maintain accurate database of all project documents and assist engineers with job related duties and correspondence.
• Communicate with vendor and act as primary point of contact.
  Process and set up incoming projects and work them into engineering workflow.
• Track project deliverables and deadlines from start of project to completion of work.
• Attend daily Project Review Meetings and alert project teams of any potential problems.
• Work with engineers to ensure timely communication between engineers and vendor.
• Prepare completed engineering reports and ensure it has been sent to the vendor in a timely manner.
• Prepares project status reports, collects, analyzes and summarizes information and trends and communicates them to the project manager.
