Scope of project: Design, Delivery and Maintenance of Al Egla Training Facilities, Civil and MEP works: The Infrastructure & External + Pitch; Soft Landscape Works Package included earthworks, car parking, internal roads, pedestrian pathways, hard landscape, buried services, utility facilities and networks, fences and gates, irrigation networks and systems, floodlight works, complete turf pitches to FIFA Standard with equipment and accessories, control and communication systems, soft landscaping, &maintenance services.

• Develop close working relationships with multinational employees with the aim of obtaining an understanding of the contractor–client HSE expectations, policies, and procedures in compliance which will ensure customer satisfaction during the construction and Pre-commissioning and Commissioning including PTW coordination of the project.
• Strengthens the Health and safety team in setting up the safety management system by researching HSE legislations preparing several HSE procedures and enforcing Policy.
• Develop/ Revise RA/JSA as per the requirement and ensure effective implementation.
• Develop and periodically review and update the project risk register.
• Conducts field inspections and reviews to assess compliance with company and international codes and standards, identifying safety concerns and formulating practical and cost-effective corrective actions.
• Plan and Organize periodical on/off-site training requirements and update the training matrix.
• Prepare COSHH assessment For the Pesticides, Fungicides, fertilizers, etc. through MSDS.
• Control of Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) by their safe storage, transportation, and application based on the manufacturer's recommendations and arranging training through MSDS and COSHH assessments.
• Participates as site HSE representative in weekly Client meetings, monthly corporate HSE meetings.
• Develop and conduct internal audits and participate in external audit programs.
• Monitor KPI Target and achievement, Preparation of weekly reports and monthly HSE statistics reports.
• Actively monitor and reviews HSE performance and resolve issues and gaps, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Facilitating accident/incident investigations, development of required corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurrence, implementation of controls, making and submittal of reports.
• Conducts and documents Emergency response drills.
• Involves in developing & implementing processes of Health and Safety campaigns.
• Establish HSEQ-related procurement requirements and conduct technical evaluation and approval of all HSEQ-related products.

Project: New orbital highway truck route Contract 2 (NOH2)- (QDVC-BOTC JV)

Scope: Construction of 47Km of motorway from Salwa road heading towards north of Lusail city.

Client: Public Works Authority: Ashghal, Consultant: KBR

• Monitored compliance of PTW system, ensured conduction of pre-start briefing, availability of SIS for excavations, Lifting permit, and approved Traffic diversion for the respective activities.
• Provide necessary assistance to subcontractor HSE Team for the ongoing activities/operational requirements when and where required. Responsible for effective implementation of Client and Contractor OH&S policies and applicable procedures.
• Understand company philosophy and policy regarding Occupational Health, Safety and Environment and work accordingly.
• Monitored OH&S compliance of all the critical activities like excavation, lifting and installation of parapets, Confined space activities, dumping, grading, and asphalting on assigned areas.
• Review of sub-contractor documents and monitored activities to ensure HSE performance.
• Reported all the HSE concerns to BOTC HSE manager.
• Provided necessary support to Emergency Response Team when and where required. Participate in Emergency Response Drills, review, comments for any further improvement required.
• Weekly site walkthrough Inspections with client HSE Representatives,
• Update and Maintain action tracking register, ensure corrective/ preventive actions are taken on observations and Non-conformances(NC’s).

Project: Erection and Installation of Doors and Frames; QP District Project, Scope: Supply and installation of over 2500 wooden doors.

• Facilitated implementation of the company safety management system, and ensured alignment with the objectives and expectations.
• Ensured all tasks/ operations are covered by JSA. ensure strict adherence to work permits and permit conditions.
• Identify and address HSE concerns to ALARP levels before carrying out any activities.
• Ensured provision of safe and right equipment and tackles for the lifting and other critical activities.
• Promoted awareness during heavy lifting and other critical activities.

Project: Bharat petroleum corporation Expansion project, Cochin, Scope: Fabrication and Installation of Hook-up’s

Client: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd- Cochin Refinery

Responsibilities, not limited to.

• Developed and implemented several HSE procedures to reduce the activity risks as low as reasonably practicable and to strengthen the safety culture across the organization.
• Provided clear guidelines to the leadership and workforce on relevant Health, safety, and environmental expectations.
• Led the team by advising safety precautions while dismantling, fabrication, transportation, reinstallation, and testing activities including pressure test and radiography.
• Monitored statutory compliance by carrying out regular site inspections.
• Coordinated with the client regarding preparation, shutdown, Isolation, lock out tag out(LOTO) and PTW to ensure safe installation of spools.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend actions related to critical safety tasks and control methodologies such as work at height, isolation/LOTO, confined space entry, Hot works.
• Improved Safety culture throughout the company through continuous communication on safe working procedures and consistent HSE inspections.
• Inspected plants and equipment to ensure they were well maintained, good working order and safe to use.
• Involved in 2 Plant shutdowns, and 9 Hot tapping activities with Zero LTI, Zero accidents.
