On top of the responsibilities outline below, I am now in charge of managing 2 other Inventory Account Associates.

Responsibilities also include researching margin relate problems, ensuring all vendor funding promotions have proper backup and approved on time, handling vendor correspondence in regard to charges & disputes.

• Responsible for reviewing and submitting claims and Price Protections submitted by the Merchants to be processed by the RPA
• Aids in resolving vendor Inquiries on invoices and deductions
• Perform a variety of Accounting, Financial and Project related duties such as Preparing journal, reconcile balance sheet accounts, Creating and submitting monthly/quarterly claims
• Assist in creating the weekly LCM report along with the Monthly O&A report.

• My responsibilities include computerized tracking of inventory, receiving, staging, prepping inventory, and quality control checks of vehicles.

• My duties include engaging with U-Haul customers to better understand what they are looking for so that I can recommend the best moving supplies or storage solutions for their moving needs
• I am responsible for assisting customers inside the U-Haul Center by educating them on our products and services, answering questions, and preparing rental invoices
• My duty also includes assisting outside on the lot ensuring that the vehicle fluid levels are properly filled, performing clean-up of trucks, trailers, and other rental items, and accepting equipment returned from rental.

• My job was to train and lead our inside and driver team members
• I oversaw a group of 3 to 6 team members to provide excellent product quality and service to our customers in 30 minutes or less
• I had to ensure that we were making our product up to company standards along with tending the oven, answering phones, taking customer orders, and managing customer complaints
• Throughout my shift, I am also responsible for cash management, managing inventory, and making sure that the store is in full compliance with all health code regulations.
