Roles & Responsibilities:
• Outlining project SOWs & estimating the resources required to accomplish the task.
• Planned & executed the integration of design tools & software to achieve time efficient designs of engineering deliverables, & improved the time efficiency by 25%.
• Preparing Design Basis Memorandum as per the client specifications & project requirements.
• Performing Site visits & preparing site survey reports.
• Accomplishing the preparation of engineering deliverable as per the Scope matrix and project requirements.
• Design of new ISBL & OSBL pipe racks for Refineries & fertilizer plant & interconnecting pipe racks.
• Checking Adequacy of Existing Steel Structures for feasibility of proposed modifications.
• Design of Pig Launcher Foundations & Pipe supports with foundation for new pipeline from Pig Launcher & MOV.
• Design of Impact walls, primary pipe supports at Pipe racks, Spill pits, Tie-in Pits & heavy-duty paving.
• Design of structural shed for equipment, Civil Foundations for Generators, Diesel tanks & light poles.
• Design of High mast light poles Flag poles & Transmission towers.
• Design of new ISBL & OSBL pipe racks for Refineries & fertilizer plant & interconnecting pipe racks.
• Design of Steel structure enclosed with cladding for urea bagging machine area at fertilizer plant.
• Proposing the structural support for new pipes loops in steam pipes according to the piping isometrics aligning the supports with the existing steel structure.
• Design of Civil foundations for Instrumentation panels & Infrastructure utilities
• Preparing MTO’s for construction phase to ensure precise inventory management
• Reviewing the Design Drawings
