• Quantifying the scope of Project, Rate analysis, getting the quotes from vendor, bidding rates in item rate contract.

• Project Master Construction Schedule and Tracking
• Preparation of MIS reports (DPR, WPR, MPR, Manpower requirement, etcetera.
• Client correspondences, Weather reports, discrepancies register etcetera
• Preparing CS from various vendor for various Civil works, NFA's as per Pre-Start-Estimate or revision, Negotiating and Issuing Purchase/Work order.
• Evaluate Tenders from contractors and sub-contractors where appropriate negotiate with them.
• Cost Control and Cash Flows
• Client Billing and Sub-Con Billing
• Organizing meeting with Architects for any ambiguities in drawings, conducting team meeting to track and highlight the issues in work progress.
