- Follow up of Contractor and/or subcontractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specification & meeting planned dates in schedule
- Interact with Project Manager for clarification in project documents and correspondence
- Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager

- Conducting Drive for macro & micro sites to meet traffic and coverage requirements Drive Test using TEMS 10.0.5 VERSION, analyzing the Drive test log file
- Using the TEMS 10.0.5 mobile observing the particular cell parameters such as Rx-level, Rx- quality, C/I, SQI, HSN, MAIO, BER, FER etc
- Checking the handover performance between cells (Incoming / Outgoing HO)
- Planning and re planning cell size antennas (Azimuth or tilt) and/or location to meet traffic capacity & coverage needs
- Perform and Analyze drive test and generate reports with recommendations and actions
- Working on MAPINFO 8.5 and MCOM 4.2 tools for Drive test route planning, data analysis, Neighbors lists defining
- Participate in technical discussions with the customer in order to gather product-related information
- Responsible for planning New Offloading sites according to cell utilization of existing site by analyzing utilization report of sites
- Responsible for performing Pre-drive test and post-drive test for new site, BSC migration Drive Test
- Responsible for planning Cell Design Data (CDD) for new site
- Planning Capacity sites based on the utilization & blocking of the sites
- Completing the target of given number new of sites for drive and optimization on or before time
- Responsible for Quality Assurance of total Drive
- Doing GPRS Drive Test also checking speed up link and down link frequencies.
