Commercial and Production Leadership Advisor

  • Led the high complexity marine transportation and commercial operations transition activities as part of the operatorship transition from ExxonMobil to Rosneft. This includes aframax crude tankers lifting and export through collaboration with the Sakhalin-1 Consortium members i.e. Japan's SODECO, India's ONGC Videsh and Russia's Rosneft.

Chayvo OPF processes ~300kbd of crude for export to Asia Pacific region and delivers 200-500Mcfd of domestic gas sales for Khabarovsk and Sakhalin regions.
  • Responsible for safe and reliable operation of DeKastri plant (~300 FTEs) , the crude export Terminal with Single Point Mooring facility for crude lifting into iced-class aframax tankers. This also includes commercial operations for crude transportation, export and trading of Sokol crude in Asia Pacific region.
  • Achieved excellent safety performance, best in five years flaring performance ahead of greenhouse gas reduction commitment, best ever reliability for Chayvo reservoir, best ever reliability for water injection performance, better than plan field OPEX.
