As a missionary we did several service projects, to serve our community and individuals. As well teach others about Jesus Christ, helping others grow their personal relationship with Christ and God. I served in the Oregon Eugene Misson for eighteen months. Learned many skills like.

• Time managing, learning to use time wisely.
• Using technology wisely not just scrolling without a purpose.
• Being clean and organized with personal items. Being organized with work matters.
• Public speaking.
• Communication skills.
• Excellent work habits.
• The ability to interact with a wide assortment of people.
• Diligence with the work and service of others.
• Learned to teach Spanish class for missionaries and taught English language classes.
• Assigned to train two missionaries.
• Worked everyday from 6:30 in the morning to 9 at night, sometimes 10.
• Learned how to have a successful morning schedule.
• Resolve conflicts, be a problem solver.
• Plan efficiently daily and weekly our schedule.
• Management of financial Matters.
• Finding ways to serve others.

• Learned that obedient behavior in good goals and good work environment will always result in good outcomes.

• Handling stress and change, to adapt to different areas quickly. Every six weeks we moved to a different locations and learned to adapt quickly to change.

In the Oregon Eugene Mission, I was given an assignment to help train two new missionaries. Following the schedule by mentoring and helping them learn all the skills they need to know as a new missionary out in the field. As well helping them become adjusted and acquainted as a new missionary out in the field. They were taught skills like.

• Time management and using it wisely. We made sure our schedule was planning in the morning. That all our appointments were confirmed for the day. Our time out in service for others is important.
• Organization and planning our day out every in the morning.
• Making phone calls to strangers that you may not know, to set lessons and service projects.
• Problem solving skills.
• Making good study habits.
• Serving others everyday, we did service everyday for one to two hours.
• Learning a Foreign language.
• Communication skills, talking to people who cross our path. Learning to start conversations and connect with them. Finding ways to do service and teach individuals or families.
• Planing effectively daily and weekly.
• Adapting Skills as a missionary, you are moved around every six weeks. In different areas and adapting is crucial.
• Managing Financial Matters with money.

Not everyone is assigned to train a new missionary. If you are given this assignment to be a trainer, it means you are a trustworthy individual. They don't just pick individuals at random to train. Trainers are hand picked.

The mission President assigned me to be a Spanish teacher over our mission, The Oregon Eugene mission. To teach two Spanish language classes every week over a zoom call. To prepare and teach Spanish missionaries in our mission. Down below for more input on my Spanish classes.

• Spoke to students in non-native language to challenge students and introduce students to non-native speaking environments.
• Explained concepts and assignments in both native and non-native languages.
• Produced engaging lesson plans and activities to help students master learning objectives.
• Created and maintained safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Supported students in development of skills and strategies to become independent and successful learners.

In my mission, they assigned me over Corvallis with a working buddy. We worked together and were assigned to teach a free English class for the Community. Together we helped others learn and developed good skills like.

• Built relationships with students to understand obstacles to learning such as difficult home situations, illness or social hurdles.
• Planned and implemented lessons to positively increase vocabulary and sentence structure skills.
• Led interesting and diverse group activities to engage students in course material.
• Planned lessons for classroom of 22 students.
• Developed teaching materials to supplement standard curriculum, enhancing learning concepts and promoting student engagement.
• Worked one-on-one with students needing individualized attention and developed with special learning plans for struggling people.
