Following the schedule by mentoring and helping them learn all the skills they need to know as a new missionary out in the field. Not everyone is assigned to train a new missionary. If you are given this assignment to be a trainer, it means you are a trustworthy individual. They don't just pick individuals at random to train. Trainers are hand picked.
